The Housekeeping Checklist for Housekeeping Professionals is an easy to use checklist to help you stay on top of the job.

This checklist also helps you create a home inspection checklist to get housekeeping on the right track.
The Housekeepers Checklist is a list of topics you can address with your housekeeper.
Here are a few tips for keeping your housekeepers happy and healthy: Know what housekeeping tasks are most important to you.
When you check the checklist for housekeeping, you’ll find a list that looks like this: Housekeeping tasks Housekeeping routine Housekeeping duties Housekeeping activities Housekeeping chores Housekeeping essentials Housekeeping tips Housekeeping notes The checklist lists several categories of tasks you can assign to your housekeeps.
Each category includes a list, which you can use to categorize tasks according to their importance.
For example, the first task you may assign to a housekeeper is “housekeeping” because it’s the most important one.
Other tasks can be grouped together as “house cleaning,” “house maintenance,” or “house chores.”
If you assign tasks to your tasks, you might want to keep a tally of how many tasks you assigned each day.
When your house is cleaned or if you perform housekeeping duties, check each task on the checklist to determine if it’s in order.
If the tasks are not in order, the housekeeper may need to be reassigned to a different category.
If you don’t assign tasks properly, your house may need rehiring.
You can assign tasks in one of three ways: Keep track of tasks in the checklist.
Each item in the list is labeled with a time and date.
For instance, if you want to check your home every day, you’d write: “Monday, October 1st, 2018 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM.”
Use a checklist.
You don’t have to write the list down, but it’s good to have a record of your tasks in case something happens.
Make notes about tasks that you performed.
If a task is not listed, it could mean that you forgot to do something or forgot to complete a task.
For some tasks, it might be helpful to write a list or summary of what you did to complete the task.
Use a “do” button to mark tasks that are done and marked as done.
This can be useful when you have to move house, perform house cleaning, or perform other housekeeping functions.
Make a list for future reference.
Make sure that you keep a list to track your progress, which can be helpful in case you need to update your checklist.
Use the checklist whenever you have housekeeping to do.
You may not have to keep track of the housework every day.
If your home needs to be cleaned every day for instance, you could use the checklist as a reminder to get started on the task and be prepared.
You might also want to add tasks to the list when you need housework completed.
Add tasks to a checklist When you are ready to assign tasks, use the “add task” button on the list.
When the list has completed all of the tasks, hit the “check” button.
You’ll see a list containing your completed tasks.
You have to use the checkbox to add a task to the checklist; otherwise, the task doesn’t show up on the “Completed” list.
The checklist includes several tasks that can be used to determine what your housework should look like.
Some tasks, such as house cleaning and house maintenance, can be divided into multiple categories.
For these tasks, a checkbox for each category lists a list with the tasks that should be completed.
These tasks include cleaning, house cleaning (and chores), and house chores.
You could also assign tasks that only have a single category listed, such in the case of house cleaning.
When a task in a category isn’t listed, you need only to click on the check box for that category to see the tasks listed there.
For housekeeping chores, you may want to include a list on the first step of the checklist that lists the tasks in order and whether you need more time to complete them.
If there are no tasks in that category, you have enough time to finish the task, but you need time to ensure the tasks you listed don’t become impossible to complete.
If an assignment is required, assign it to a task that is not in the check boxes.
If it’s not in a check box, you still have the option of assigning tasks in other categories that aren’t in the category you’re assigned to.
To assign tasks manually, use one of the following methods: Use the “Add task” or “Add new task” buttons.
For each task in the “Task list” area, click on “Add”.
Add a new task.
