Housekeeping is an essential job for many South Koreans.
The job has become more and more important for younger generations who are looking for employment.
It is also a lucrative career, with salary and benefits depending on the work performed.
In order to gain employment in the housekeeping sector, housekeepers need to earn at least 10,000 won (US$8) per hour, the minimum wage for workers aged between 25 and 44.
However, some people can earn more than that, as the government pays for housekeeping services.
There are two main categories of housekeeper in South Korean society.
First is the traditional, or housekeeper who works in the home or in a home-based business.
The second category is the maid, who is the primary caretaker for a household or a family.
The average wage for the housekeeper is about $1,400 per month, which is about four times the hourly wage for housekeepers working in the commercial sector.
Housekeepers are not necessarily hired through recruitment agencies.
They are hired by their own agency and paid in their own currency.
However they can be paid in local currency if they earn at a higher level than the official currency.
The official minimum wage is about 5,000won per month for housewives, and a lower wage of 2,000wwon is paid to employees in other industries.
